Baguette Gluten-Free (2 Pieces)

Baguette Gluten-Free is a gluten-free mini baguette, two pieces to a pack, baked in our separate gluten-free bakery with its own mixers and ovens. Made with brown rice, cassava and corn flour with psyllium, and vegan. Bake from frozen at 180C until crisp. Not recommended for celiac customers without their doctor approval.

    Preheat your Oven to 180/200 °C (356/392 °F) with a rack in the center position. Place the Mini Baguette GF on a clean tray, to avoide gluten contaminations from previous
    bread cooking, and place it on the oven rack and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy again.
  • Baguette Gluten-Free (2 Pieces) - Air fryer
    Preheat your Air Fryer to 180 °C (356 °F)
    Place the Mini Baguette GF directly on a clean air fryer tray and cook for 12 minutes, flipping the Mini Baguette once, until the cryst is crispy again.

Baguette is a 52 to 53cm French-style loaf with a crisp crust and an open, chewy crumb. The dough starts from a poolish pre-ferment rested at least 12 hours before mixing. Made with wheat flour, water, salt, malt and natural yeast, and vegan.
