Baguette is a 52 to 53cm French-style loaf with a crisp crust and an open, chewy crumb. The dough starts from a poolish pre-ferment rested at least 12 hours before mixing. Made with wheat flour, water, salt, malt and natural yeast, and vegan.

Preheat your Oven to 180/200 °C (356/392 °F)
with a rack in the center position.
Place the Baguette direclty on the oven rack and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy again and craks when slightly compressed.
Baguette Long - Air fryer
Preheat your Air Fryer to 180 °C (356 °F)
Place the Baguette, cutted in pieces, on the air fryer tray and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, flipping the baguette, if necessary, until the cryst is crispy again and cracks when slightly compressed

Made with brown rice, cassava and corn flour with psyllium, and vegan. Bake from frozen at 180C until crisp. Not recommended for celiac customers without their doctor approval.
